The air conditioning was very loud and woke me up several times at night.

location near to bus station as well as the center of town and the malacon. savoury breakfast with good choice of food, caring staff. good services, the free parking was available onsite.

Clean pool, parking right by. Wonderful room with comfortable bed and incredibly beautiful views. Favourable and peaceful location for our visit to Malecon relatively near the hotel.

The receptionist was super helpful when I needed a quiet spot for an important interview, and the room was lovely with everything working perfectly. I really enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on the loungers. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room could use an upgrade, but it didn't take away from my overall stay 😊

Spotlessly clean with a good layout and friendly staff. The courtyard and swimming pool are lovely, but be prepared for minimal amenities. Breakfast was decent but limited, and there's no onsite restaurant yet. A solid choice for its location, a short walk to the main sights.

The kids particularly loved splashing around while we appreciated the secure parking and how clean everything was. The staff was super accommodating.

My children wanted a small fridge in the room for snacks.

The pool area stands out as a family-friendly space, great for kids, with a relaxing ambiance. The staff is attentive. The room experience varied significantly. While initial accommodations were fine, the subsequent stay in a junior suite was disappointing due to plumbing issues and a poor layout. The breakfast options did not meet expectations, being overpriced for the quality provided.

The room was nice and spacious, and we even got bottled water daily. The pool was super relaxing. The breakfast was kinda basic, same thing every day, though. One night, we heard some noise from other guests, a bummer.

great proximity to marina park and the malecon

I loved being just a short walk from Marina Park Bahia de Loreto, where I could enjoy lovely views, and the Malecon, perfect for evening strolls by the sea. Although the air conditioning was a bit noisy, it didn't overshadow my enjoyment of the beautiful outdoor pool area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. My room was clean and well-furnished. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the plaza. A great experience 🌞

Hacienda suites loreto had a beautiful outdoor pool area perfect for kids. The receptionist was notably patient during check-in, which I appreciated. Everything in our standard suite worked well, and we even managed to get laundry back in just two hours!

The staff at Hacienda Suites Loreto was incredibly helpful. the location right in the alley was particularly good. - the rooms were a nice size and beautiful. - the large balcony with a seating area was a nice feature.
